**HOLIDAY EXCHANGE POLICY**

We will exchange gifts purchased in the month of December 2017, for store credit up until January 7, 2018. No exchanges will be accepted after this date. 

All jewelry to be exchanged must be unworn, unaltered, in brand new condition and accompanied by our specific gift box (it has an exchange code that serves as a gift receipt).  Out of town customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please send with insurance and tracking as Gem Gem cannot be liable for lost shipments.

 

All custom jewelry, special orders and gift certificates are final sale. 

 

Vintage jewelry is sold as is and is final sale. No alterations or repairs. 

 

All sizing, alteration or repair of jewelry will be treated as a special order or custom and will be done by the respective designer. Time quotes and prices vary between designers.
